Albion Health Limited is seeking a full-time Activities Co-ordinator for a nursing home in Balcombe, West Sussex. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a varied programme of social activities for residents, liaising with the care team and relatives to tailor engaging experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior care home experience, a patient and creative approach, and the energy to drive activities that entertain and engage residents on a daily basis.

Job description

We are looking for a full time activities co-coordinator who has the ability and experience to coordinate, implement and manage the various social activities within our clients' nursing home in Balcombe, West Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have previous care home experience.

You will need to be patient and understanding towards people with disabilities, have lots of energy, enthusiasm and a creative nature as you will be tasked with coming up with ideas for activities that both entertain and engage the residents.

An ability to communicate on all levels will also be essential as you will often be liaising with the nursing management team of the home as well as relatives of the residents.

£13.00 an hour weekdays

£13.50 an hour on weekends
