We are recruiting for an Activities Co-Ordinator to join our team at Eastridge Manor our specialist dementia and nursing home in Bolney, nr Haywards Heath.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that on a day-to-day basis the social and welfare needs of the residents are met. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive and meaningful activity that reflects the needs, capabilities, interests and skills of the residents in your care.
Job responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience in a care position or creativity role within a similar environment.
