Activities Co-ordinator

In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Role Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement activities that delight our Residents.
2. Assist the Home Manager in organising fundraising events.
3. Encourage Residents to socialise and participate in activities based on their hobbies.
4. Involve the care team in activities to foster a community environment.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
2. Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people.
3. Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills.
4. Effective time management.
5. Considerate and kind communication with Residents and colleagues.
6. Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and to report concerns appropriately.
