Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator

Note: This is a fixed-term role for six months, working full-time (30 hours per week).

Role Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement engaging activities that delight our residents.
  2. Assist the Home Manager in organising fundraising events.
  3. Encourage residents to socialise and participate in activities based on their hobbies.
  4. Collaborate with the care team to enhance residents' well-being through activities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in activity programme development.
  • Positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a caring nature.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and to report concerns appropriately.
