HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to enhance the lives of residents in their care homes. The role involves planning engaging activities, fostering social interactions, and ensuring a supportive environment. In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with a background in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, ability to get along with people, planning, organisational, and IT skills are essential. You should be considerate and kind in all communications. Recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and knowing how to report concerns is vital, along with attending safeguarding training.
