About The Role

In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning and implementing activities that delight Residents.
  2. Assisting the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events.
  3. Encouraging Residents to socialise more effectively and developing activity ideas based on their hobbies.
  4. Engaging the care team in activities with a sense of kindness.
Candidate Requirements

We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally with a background in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, ability to get along with people, planning, organisational, and IT skills are essential. You should be considerate and kind in all communications. Recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and knowing how to report concerns is vital, along with attending safeguarding training.
