A leading company in social care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to support patients in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves organizing activities and ensuring a therapeutic environment for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges, fostering their community integration and personal growth.
We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to support patients at Coveberry Oldbury, part of The CareTech Group. Coveberry Oldbury is a registered locked rehabilitation hospital with 13 en-suite bedrooms and 2 independent transitional flats, providing supportive rehabilitation for men with learning difficulties, ASC, and/or mental health diagnoses. Many patients may require detention under the MHA for forensic risks, deprivation of liberty safeguarding, and need a structured, safe community setting.

The post holder will organize and facilitate vocational, educational, and recreational activities for service users both within the unit and through community access.
