What is involved

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5pm)

Training: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm at our Head Office SA7 9LA

Sponsorship: We do not provide sponsorship for this role

Social Care Wales: You will have six months from starting the position to register for your SCW pin

  • Designing, planning, and organising activities to meet residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.
  • Arranging activities such as cinema visits, shopping days, pet therapy, sports events, concerts, arts & crafts, and more.
  • Supporting and uplifting residents with a smile, especially when life gets tough.
  • Getting to know individuals regardless of ability or disability, empowering them to be as involved as they can be.
  • Supporting people with diverse needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
  • Driving small mini buses to and from activities.
