You don't need any specific experience to join us, but you should have a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others. You'll also need to have that little extra something a real interest in the people we support. Enthusiastic and empathetic, you're someone who'll really enjoy helping our residents to live their lives to the full. Bring us all of that, and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further with a range of courses designed to build your confidence in every aspect of your role. Being a driver is preferred due to the location of the home - please research before applying. Weekend working will also be required on a rota basis.
