About the Role

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun, and varied activities to ensure our residents enjoy a motivational and fulfilling environment. You will help residents pursue their interests, making a real impact on their lives. Your role involves delivering a diverse programme of pastimes, social activities, outings, and events, supporting residents to live independently and engage with their family, friends, and community.
