What you'll be doing

• Supporting residents, families, and colleagues as the Wellbeing Assistant, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and daily support.
• Supporting enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule, and getting to know residents to understand what makes them happy as individuals.
• Learning about residents' hobbies and interests and working with colleagues and families to facilitate their participation in activities they love.
• Assisting with daily activities and organizing events/activities within the home.
• Supporting colleagues' wellbeing and inspiring the home to foster a positive and creative living environment.
