About the Role

We aim to help those we care for live the most rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lifestyles possible, meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body, and Soul.

Your role involves supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme. This programme encourages residents to participate in a wide range of activities, tailored to meet their interests and needs consistently and creatively, while adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About You:

We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The key qualities we seek are organization, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, with potential progression towards roles such as Nurse Associate. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across a 7-day period, including weekends.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • An understanding of the role social interaction plays in overall wellbeing.
  • Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
  • Ability to develop strong community links and organize successful events.
  • Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
  • Support in the consistent delivery and implementation of new ideas and concepts.
  • Potential to develop through attaining lifestyle/activities training and qualifications.
