This role is ideal for a proactive and compassionate Christian who enjoys engaging with older residents and connecting with local churches and community groups.

We recognize that each resident has unique interests, hobbies, and pastimes, and we support them in maintaining their lifestyle. Residents are encouraged to lead the lives they choose.

Bridgemead is a 32-bed residential care home located by the river in central Bath, caring for residents with dementia and providing respite care. View our lovely home.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with local churches through newsletters
• Visiting and presenting to community and church groups
• Building relationships with local ministers, pastors, vicars, etc.
• Organizing and facilitating special events and outings
• Leading a team of volunteers
• Creating monthly activities for residents
• Coordinating activities for family members that are stimulating and creative
• Organizing community events like coffee mornings, summer fayres, open days
• Performing additional duties as required
