Activities and Community Engagement Facilitator

This role is ideal for a proactive and compassionate Christian who enjoys engaging with older residents and connecting with local churches and community groups.

We support our residents in maintaining their individual interests, hobbies, and lifestyles. Middlefield's House is a newly built care home for 48 residents, including those with dementia and respite care needs in Chippenham. View our home here.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with local churches through newsletters
• Visiting and presenting to community and church groups
• Building relationships with local ministers, pastors, and vicars
• Organising and facilitating events and outings
• Leading a team of volunteers
• Creating monthly activities for residents
• Coordinating activities for family members
• Organising community events like coffee mornings, summer fayres, and open days
• Performing additional duties as required

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
