Job Description: Activities and Community Engagement Facilitator

They are actively encouraged to lead the lifestyle they choose. Bridgemead is a 32-bed residential care home by the river in central Bath, caring for those with dementia and offering respite care. Responsibilities:
  1. Engaging with local churches by sending out regular newsletters.
  2. Visiting and presenting to the community and local churches.
  3. Building relationships with local ministers, pastors, vicars, etc.
  4. Organising and facilitating special events and outings.
  5. Leading a team of volunteers.
  6. Creating monthly activities for residents.
  7. Co-ordinating and facilitating activities for family members that are stimulating and creative.
  8. Engaging with the wider community by organising coffee mornings, summer fairs, open days, etc.
  9. Additional duties as required.

Applicants must be evangelical Christians (This role has an Occupational Requirement to be filled by a Christian under the provisions of the Equality Act (2010)).

Hours and Benefits:
