Royal Mail Group in London is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract at the West London Delivery Centre. You will sort, deliver letters and parcels, and build relationships with customers; routes rotate and include weekends. You’ll work outdoors, in all weather, and across various times.

Full training is provided, along with a uniform and a Royal Mail van. The role is physically demanding, with 37 hours weekly and overtime.

Competenze

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points, registered to your current name and address)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment
• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs/hills, and lifting/carrying 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment
• Customer-focused, with pride in delivering great service
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently
