Job summary

Royal Mail in Epsom is seeking a Postie to join our delivery office. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across your local area, building relationships with customers and working outdoors in all weathers.

This 30-hour per week fixed-term role runs across 5 days in 7, including weekends. Full training is provided and you must hold a full UK driving licence and be physically fit for walking long distances.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to walk long distances and work outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable with a strong customer focus and good time management.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot in your local area.
• Sort mail and organise routes at the delivery office.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
