Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) at the Harrogate Delivery Office, HG1 4EE. This fixed-term role lasts 9 months and offers 30 hours per week with overtime and a £13.68 per hour rate. Shifts are Monday to Sunday, with weekend work required, and full training provided.

You'll sort mail, deliver by van and on foot, and build strong relationships with customers while working outdoors in all weather. A full UK manual driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances and lift mailbags.
