Responsibilities

• Accompany to appointments and social/leisure activities.
• Assist with shopping and light domestic duties.

• Drive the adapted car as required.
• Support attendance at appointments (hospital/doctors).
• Support with pets and outdoor activities.
• Encourage independence and maintain a trusting one-to-one relationship.
• Manage paperwork and correspondence where appropriate.
