About The Role:

As an experienced gymnastics coach, you’ll be qualified to Level [number], or [number]. You’ll enjoy seeing others develop, and since your courses and lessons will be your own to lead and plan, you’ll influence their success and growth. Ensuring lessons are enjoyable, you’ll be able to think creatively and adapt to the facilities around you, always keeping pupils safe and observed. Due to our scale, there will be ample coaching hours, and as our courses grow, there will be further opportunities for career development. We invest in our staff and facilities, aiming to upskill and promote from within.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up equipment
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Teaching high-quality gymnastics at various levels
  • Delivering safe, fun, and progressive lessons
  • Ensuring safe coaching and supporting skills
  • Completing registers and assessments using GLL IPods
  • Assisting with equipment setup, warm-ups, and cool-downs
  • Supporting assessment processes (award schemes and skills matrix)
  • Providing parental feedback as required
  • Level coaches aged 18+ may oversee the delivery of lessons and courses
