Job summary

Iceland Foods in the United Kingdom is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to bring groceries directly to customers. You will be the friendly face of the brand, delivering shopping and ensuring it arrives in the best condition.

The role requires a full driving license, a customer-focused approach, punctuality, and good road safety awareness. Shifts run from early morning to evening, and you can benefit from staff discounts, holidays, and other rewards.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping and connect directly with customers as the face of Iceland.
• Ensure safe van loading procedures and follow safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks and ensure food arrives in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in-store when required.
• Work independently and manage time effectively; shifts can vary 6am–11pm.
