Job summary

Iceland is hiring a Home Delivery Driver to join our team in the UK. You will deliver groceries and connect directly with customers as the face of the brand, providing high-quality service on every run.

The role requires a full driving license (3+ years preferred, with up to 6 points) and a positive, punctual attitude. Expect shifts that may start as early as 6am and end around 11pm, with strong independence and time management expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving license (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering good customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting & manual handling).
• Always adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks and ensure food arrives in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Iceland to customers.
• Lend a hand in store when required and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.
