Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering shopping directly to customers and representing the company with excellent service.

The role requires a full driving license (3+ years) with up to 6 points, a friendly attitude, punctuality, and a strong focus on road safety. Expect shift patterns from early morning to late evening and opportunities to support in-store tasks.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Load the vehicle safely and follow manual handling guidelines.
• Drive safely and adhere to all traffic regulations.
• Complete vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Deliver shopping to customers and ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service on the doorstep or in-store as needed.
• Lend a hand in-store when required and manage time effectively.
• Work independently and manage shifts that may start between 6am and 11pm.
