Job summary

Iceland Foods is hiring a Home Delivery Driver in the United Kingdom. This role involves loading, driving, and delivering groceries to customers, with the driver acting as the face of the brand on the road.

You will work independently, manage time efficiently, and provide excellent customer service while supporting store teams as needed. A full driving licence and flexibility to work shifts from early morning to late evening are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full driving licence (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Be positive, friendly and passionate about delivering good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.
• Show a strong awareness of road safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures (heavy lifting and manual handling).
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in store when required.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6am and 11pm.
