Job summary

Royal Mail in Irvinestown is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to join our daily mail delivery routes. You'll drive a Royal Mail van and deliver letters and parcels in your local area, building relationships with customers.

The role is 30 hours per week on a rotating shift, with weekend work and full training provided. You will enjoy outdoor work, supporting the community, and a pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Able to walk long distances and carry 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
