Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is hiring for Royal Mail as a flexible Post Person with Driving. You will deliver letters and parcels across your community, driving a Royal Mail van on assigned routes and occasionally walk segments to complete your round.

Shifts vary across Day, Dawn, Early, Evening, Late and Night with rates per hour; a full UK manual licence (up to 6 points) is required and a driving assessment will be conducted on start.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence: Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points – you’ll be driving a Royal Mail van as part of your round.
• Physical fitness to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Flexibility: Shifts can vary; adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your community, driving a Royal Mail van when required.
• Complete parts of your route on foot and provide exceptional service.
• Securely deliver all items on your route and follow Royal Mail standards.
