We aim to be the destination of choice for an active community and help you make MORE of every day. To deliver these services, we are looking to recruit a full-time Active Community Co-ordinator.

This role involves working within the local community to ensure the Oxford community leisure trusts are part of the healthy lifestyle offerings. You will establish relationships with community partners and stakeholders and identify opportunities for growth and development of our facilities.

We offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, including free gym membership for you and a family member at our leisure centres.

Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.

About you

The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent service. You should have experience in community development, working with health and social care partners, and understanding local community challenges related to physical activity. Experience with funded programmes, report writing, and developing inclusive activities is also desirable.
