Prosperity Care & Wellbeing in Thornbury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a caring team delivering person-centred support.

You will assist a young man with a brain injury with personal care, medications, physiotherapy, and daily activities, including outings. A UK full clean driving license is required, and being a dog lover is non-negotiable. Training and supervision are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Support a young man with brain injury requiring personal care and medical assistance.
• Includes manual handling, physiotherapy, and monitoring with training provided.
• Must be a dog lover and hold a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
