You will act as the subject matter expert and thought leader for all legal content within the Activ platform, shaping legal strategy, supporting product development, and delivering high-quality tools to our customers.

You’ll work closely with legal, sales, and product teams to proactively identify legal risks and opportunities, track legislative updates, and enhance customer confidence through timely and helpful guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the legal content within the Activ compliance modules
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in relevant legislation across supported jurisdictions and standards
  • Proactively communicate emerging legal developments to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Identify and implement enhancements to the legal compliance module’s structure, content, and functionality
  • Evaluate and incorporate AI technologies to support efficient legal content generation and monitoring
  • Provide legal and regulatory support for bespoke projects across the Amtivo Group
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer queries and drive satisfaction
  • Follow structured processes for updating content and communicating changes internally
  • Provide performance insights and reporting to the Legal Team Manager

  • Experience supporting ISO standards or legal compliance platforms
  • High levels of self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Strong decision-making ability and sound legal judgment
  • Pride in producing clear, professional documentation and support materials
  • Desire for continuous improvement and professional growth
Success in this Role Means
  • Legal content is consistently accurate, timely, and valued by both internal and external users
  • Customers feel supported, informed, and confident in the compliance tools provided
  • The Activ platform remains ahead of the curve in adapting to regulatory changes
