Pertemps Telford is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to assume acting Managing Director responsibilities and drive sustainable growth. The role entails leading daily operations, shaping strategy, and presenting to the board while expanding international relationships and major customer/supplier collaborations.

Ideal candidates bring senior leadership, P&L ownership, and a proven ability to convert ambitious plans into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MD/GM/Commercial Director roles
• Degree in Business or Equivalent
• Experience with full P&L responsibility and leadership
• Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategy
• Strong relationship builder with major customers and suppliers
• Experience in B2B, wholesale or distribution
• Proven track record in developing and driving a company forward
• Understanding of corporate finance, market trends, and business laws

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and guide long-term company strategy.
• Be the main link between the board and staff and turn big goals into daily action and profitability.
• Create and launch business plans, track budgets, control costs and drive revenue growth.
• Hire senior managers and build strong teams while shaping company culture and reporting to the board.
