Acting General Manager - up to £70,000 – Saint Tropez

This is a luxury restaurant business with a 5-star restaurant in Saint Tropez. This role is a newly available position and is ideal for an AGM keen to step into an Acting General Manager role within 8-12 months, with the opportunity to take full control of the operation.

The Acting General Manager role:

• Suitable for an Assistant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager with at least three years of experience in high-end bars & restaurants in London, with a proven track record.

The ideal candidate:

• A big personality, enthusiastic, outgoing, and fun.
• Professional yet friendly demeanor.
• Team player, willing to support the General Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and team liaison abilities.
• Minimum of 4 years in a senior role.
