Hours: 35 hours per week
This temporary post is available only to all permanent and temporary employees and agency workers currently on assignment within East Dunbartonshire Council.

Please note: You will be asked to provide the names of two referees when applying for this post; however, referees are not required at this stage.
You should print the role profile and Head Teacher's report and give them to your Head Teacher for completion.
To ensure your application is accepted, the Head Teacher report must be signed by and emailed from the Head Teacher who completed it, to the email address provided below.
It is also important to include the (EAD) reference number of the post on the report form.

For posts considered Regulated Roles under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before employment is confirmed by East Dunbartonshire Council.
The cost of the PVG check will be deducted from the successful candidate’s first salary payment. In certain circumstances, this deduction can be made in installments following employment commencement, subject to approval by the HR & OD Manager.
If an employee leaves before the deduction is made, the full amount will be deducted from the final salary.
This process applies to existing employees applying for roles requiring a PVG/Disclosure check.
