Early shifts are staffed by six Band 6s with similar support. The Clinical Team Leader and Team Secretary work mainly Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the Team Leader providing flexible leadership beyond these hours to ensure seamless care. The Clinical Team Leader reports directly to the Mental Health Urgent Care Team Manager, helping steer our mission to deliver outstanding urgent mental health services.
