As HR Officer, you will be part of the HR department and serve as the point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will assist with daily HR duties, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, advising staff on HR policies, managing absences, holiday requests, performance, employee communication, maintaining HR systems, payroll processing, statutory reporting, and organizing staff travel. This role involves supporting the HR Manager and Business Unit General Manager on various tasks and projects.
