Actemium EV is a dedicated business unit focusing on EV Charging solutions. Due to increased activity in this sector, we are currently recruiting for an HR Officer to join our fast-paced, expanding team.

The Role

As HR Officer, you will be part of the HR department and serve as the point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will assist with daily HR duties, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, advising staff on HR policies, managing absences, holiday requests, performance, employee communication, maintaining HR systems, payroll processing, statutory reporting, and organizing staff travel. This role involves supporting the HR Manager and Business Unit General Manager on various tasks and projects.

  • CIPD qualification is ideally required.
  • Preferably, a couple of years of HR generalist experience in the areas mentioned above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude.
  • Good teamwork abilities.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
