Role: Water Project Manager

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible Hours

About the role

Due to a full order book for 2024/2025, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to work in our Water/Wastewater Sector.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry for our two main major water customers in the South. The water/wastewater team comprises the Sector Project Manager, Project Managers, and Engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery for assigned projects, ensuring full adherence to the project lifecycle, testing, on-time delivery, budget, and specifications.
• Assist the Sector Project Manager in reviewing and updating internal standards and procedures, monitoring compliance with national and international standards.
• Contribute to sales activities, including order management, customer relations, surveying, and quoting.
• Exhibit commercial awareness by negotiating and overseeing contracts with customers and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.

The Person:

• Experience and understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of system integration.
• Experience in contract management and commercial aspects.
• Excellent time management skills with a structured, methodical approach.
• Experience delivering projects, preferably PLC/SCADA in the water/wastewater sector.
