Job summary

Actemium UK invites applications for a Graduate Automation Engineer to join our automation engineering team. You will help deliver automation solutions for blue‑chip clients in regulated sectors such as Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Water, building your expertise across PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.

You will work on design, development and testing, collaborate with project teams and suppliers, and develop professional capability through structured training and on-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems Engineering, or related.
• Keen interest in automation, control systems & digital technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and fault-finding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with teams and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn specialist automation software/tools.
• Collaborative approach to work within project teams on client sites as required.
• Full, valid UK driving licence or willingness to obtain one (desirable).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities
