We are looking for a fantastic ACT Pharmacy Technician to work with our client in Bedfordshire. If you’re looking for your next challenge, congratulations! You’ve just found it! Here are the top level details:

  • Job Title: ACT Pharmacy Technician Band 5/6
  • Location: Bedfordshire
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), part-time considered.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 6 months contract, with the opportunity to extend.
  • Rate of pay: £18-£25 per hour.
A Day in the life of a Pharmacy Technician

As a Band 5/6 Locum ACT Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in checking medications before dispensing to patients.

  • Supply medicines to patients and assemble medicines for prescriptions
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assist the ATOs with checking when needed.
Requirements and qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working hours and contract duration:

This position is Monday to Friday, with options for 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
