Acquisitions Surveyor and PM

We have a current opportunity for an Acquisitions Surveyor and Project Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based at home but will require visits to potential retail locations.

The successful candidate will help identify retail locations, negotiate and confirm properties for the Crisis Homeless Charity, and liaise with the architect (retained) and subcontractors to carry out fit-out works, preparing the space for opening.
