Acquisitions Development Manager with Planning Expertise – North West London / Hertfordshire

Established developer with an excellent reputation in their region for large, quality acquisitions urgently seeks a unique individual for a unique role.

The role is as a Development Planning Manager within the busy Land team. The responsibilities include assessing opportunities based on your experience in land acquisition, development management, and planning. You will work alongside Senior Land Managers and report to the Land Director, focusing on evaluating opportunities and guiding sites through the planning process or assessing their viability for acquisition.

While you will have access to planning consultants, architects, and design teams, your expertise will be crucial in offering insights on proposed acquisitions, managing the front-end process, and accelerating site activation. If you can source deals yourself, whether for build-out or semi-strategic options, you possess the ideal skill set for this role.
