Pegasus Group are recruiting for a experienced Acquisition Surveyors to join our property team situated in our Bristol office.

What will you do?

As a Surveyor / Senior Acquisition Surveyor you will be supporting the continued growth of our portfolio of existing telecoms clients. You will be supported in developing your own portfolio of instructions, and skill sets, as well as having the opportunity to manage your own project workload. We deliver a wide variety of new and upgrade telecoms projects, and you will play an integral role in managing project workstreams, liaising with clients and supporting our wider Telecoms Team.

Collaboration with clients, teams, and community members is at the core of our approach to enhancing environments. Integrity and open communication are key to our work, even when it involves having challenging conversations. Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

• Experience in managing multiple telecommunications acquisition projects.
• Capable of carrying out initial site assessments (Lease Reads) through to issuing the appropriate Landlord notices within clients required paraments, and demonstrating excellent project management skills;
• Extensive knowledge and experience regarding The Electronic Communications Code would be an advantage;
• Ability to carry out site finding surveys for new telecoms sites or all types, and all locations within the UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An working knowledge of various clients management tools.
• MRICS Qualified / Property Degree preferred but not essential
• Due to the nature of the role, a driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
