This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our digital trading engine. You'll lead our paid media strategy across digital and offline channels - from PPC, paid social, and YouTube to TV, radio, and OOH - ensuring we reach, engage, and convert new members at every stage of the funnel.
You'll shape our acquisition trading strategy as part of the wider Commercial & Marketing senior team, collaborating closely with eCommerce, CRM, analytics, brand, and creative leads. Whether supporting new gym openings, optimizing regional campaigns, or maximizing core trading performance, your focus will be on impact, performance, and growth.
You'll work closely with our agency and platform partners to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns - using data, test-and-learn frameworks, and strong commercial instincts to deliver results.
