Job Description:

Our customer, a global law firm, is seeking an experienced Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Lawyer to support its busy finance practice during a period of increased transactional activity. This is a temporary contract role for up to 6 months, ideally suited to candidates with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), though strong mid-level applicants will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on a broad range of acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
  • Work closely with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage complex cross-border deals.
  • Provide commercially sound legal advice under tight timelines and high-pressure situations.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years PQE, ideally from a top-tier firm or equivalent in-house experience.
  • Strong track record in acquisition and leveraged finance work.
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision.
