The role
To ensure our estate continues to evolve in line with operational requirements, we have a vacancy for an Acquisitions and Disposals Manager (North Region) to cover Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The focus will be delivering the pipeline of acquisitions and disposals in line with Royal Mail Group's strategic and short-term objectives within the agreed timescales and budgets, whilst minimising risk exposure to the Group.
Reporting into the Head of Acquisitions and Disposals you'll provide day-to-day support on all acquisition and disposal activities and have overall responsibility for the management of development projects through to handover to the Construction team.
Other accountabilities
LocationLeeds area based and will to cover the North of the UK including Scotland and NI. Please note, Royal Mail operate a hybrid working model however there is an expectation that you will attend the office at least 3 days a week and this specific role will require some travel throughout the UK.
