Job Description:

Location: UK/Ireland, Hybrid

ERM is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Acoustic Consultant or Senior Acoustic Consultant to join our market-leading Acoustics team. You will support the delivery of high-quality noise and vibration services, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

You will work on innovative projects in decarbonisation (hydrogen, CCUS) and renewable energy sectors (solar, wind, hydrogen, battery storage), contributing to ERM's efforts in leading the low carbon energy transition. Projects include concept development and collaborations like Equinor’s H2H Saltend Blue Hydrogen project.

You will undertake noise surveys, data analysis, noise modelling and assessments, and report writing, working alongside experienced team members.

About you

You should have experience in an acoustic consultancy role, be degree qualified in Acoustics or a related discipline, and be a member of the Institute of Acoustics. A full UK driving license is essential due to site visits, which may require overnight stays.
