About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior/Associate Acoustic Engineer with a focus on building acoustics to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop innovative acoustic design solutions.
• Lead small to medium‑size projects from concept through to completion, with support from senior colleagues where required.
• Undertake acoustic surveys and measurements across a variety of environments using industry‑standard equipment and techniques.
• Carry out acoustic modelling, calculations, and analysis using specialist software to support design decisions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams throughout the design process.
• Produce clear and practical technical reports, presentations, sketches, and other project documentation.
• Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

About You

• A strong background in building acoustics, with experience delivering projects through multiple design stages.
• A desire to take on greater responsibility and continue developing professionally.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustics, Acoustic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with a degree in another relevant subject supported by an Institute of Acoustics Diploma will also be considered.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
