Job summary

Aztrum is recruiting an Acoustic Consultant to join their Liverpool team. You will conduct noise surveys, model acoustics with CadnaA/ODEON, and monitor noise across diverse projects in residential, energy and industrial sectors.

The role requires a relevant degree (Master's preferred) and a UK driving licence, with a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience as an Acoustic Consultant within a UK consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct noise surveys and assessments in various environments.
• Undertake acoustic modelling using CadnaA and ODEON.
• Perform noise monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to develop noise control strategies.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Carry out site visits as needed.

Acoustic Consultant

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Aztrum is working with an ANC accredited Acoustic Consultancy in their search for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join the team in Liverpool. This firm offers services across a wide range of projects and sectors including the new build residential market, energy, healthcare, commercial, industrial, education & leisure sectors.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you\'ll need:

• Previous experience working as an Acoustic Consultant within a UK consultancy - focussing on either environmental or building acoustics.


• Bachelor\'s degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred)


• Full UK driving licence.

Duties: As an Acoustic Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting noise surveys and assessments in various environments


• Undertake acoustic modelling using CadnaA and ODEON


• Noise monitoring


• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop effective noise control strategies


• Technical report writing


• Site visits
