Qualifications

• Proven leadership or pastoral management experience in a school setting.

• External candidates must offer Physical Education or Drama as a subject specialization if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of tutors and oversee academic progress, behaviour and welfare of Year 9–11 students.
• Oversee the transition from Year 8 to Year 11 and support staff in implementing best practice.
• Collaborate with middle and senior leaders to maximise student achievement and share effective leadership practices.
