Job Description:

Appointment is at Grade 3 level.

Professional Practice Support Assistant provides business support to Children, Young People, and Family Services Central Administration Team based at 79 Lowgate, Hull.

The role includes answering telephone calls, redirecting them to relevant staff, meeting and greeting contractors and suppliers visiting 79 Lowgate, processing financial transactions, retrieving archived childcare records, arranging bookings for pool cars and liaising with Fleet Management regarding servicing and fault logging, assisting with children's management panels, and processing Free Travel Passes for scholars.

The post holder will provide flexible, effective, efficient, and customer-focused support services, ensuring compliance with procedures and practices to support the delivery of frontline services. They will also support the Service Support Manager as needed and be willing to work at other Children’s citywide locations.
