Job summary

Well Pharmacy in Stalybridge is looking for an Accuracy Checking Technician to join our on-site team. You will support the Pharmacist in daily dispensary operations, allocate tasks to technicians, manage stock, and provide healthcare advice at the counter.

The ideal candidate holds an Accuracy Checking Qualification with GPhC registration and an up-to-date DBS/PVG. We welcome applicants seeking flexible arrangements and are committed to an inclusive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Accuracy Checking Qualification and GPhC registration.
• DBS/PVG up to date before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in day-to-day dispensary operations by allocating work to Dispensing Technician and Dispensing Assistant.
• Manage stock levels and provide healthcare advice at the counter.
• Assist with sales and store duties including product displays and cash handling.
• Handle high-volume dispensing for local care homes and respond to GP surgery queries.
