About TRC: The Recovery Centre (TRC) are respected mental health clinics offering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. We provide a collaborative and supportive environment for professionals who are passionate about mental health and personal growth.

About the Role: We are seeking a licensed therapist (Psychologist, Counsellor, or Psychotherapist) to join our clinical team, with experience supporting clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. As part of our international client base, TRC supports many individuals from Arabic-speaking communities, and we are particularly keen to hear from applicants who bring linguistic or cultural fluency in this area, to help improve accessibility for these clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver one-to-one therapy sessions to adults and adolescents
2. Develop personalised treatment plans
3. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
4. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, or related field
2. At least 600 hours of supervised clinical practice
3. Licensed or registered as a mental health professional
4. Experience working with adolescents and adults

Desirable Skills and Experience:

1. Experience supporting Arabic-speaking clients (language skills or cultural understanding welcomed)
2. Background in trauma-informed care or family therapy
3. Experience working with eating disorders
4. Ability to integrate different therapeutic approaches based on client needs
