Job summary

Interlink Recruitment is seeking a Children Law Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a national Family Law team. You will manage a varied caseload across public and private children matters, including legally aided and privately funded cases, with advocacy on your own matters and support for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Accredited under the Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme.
• Minimum 3 years' PQE in Children Law.
• Strong advocacy experience across a range of court levels.
• Experience with the Legal Aid Agency CCMS system and contract requirements.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Sound legal research and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to support junior team members.
• Good IT proficiency and adaptability to new systems.

A highly regarded and nationally recognised Family Law team is seeking a Children Law Accredited Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join its specialist Children Law practice.
